Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to work engaged in with Miguel Photography. By using this site and entering into any relationship with us, you are agreeing to these terms.
Miguel Photography values and respects the privacy, safety and comfort of clients, past, present and future. No information you may provide to us, written or transmitted, is listed, given or sold to any other firm or individual without your permission.
Scope of Work
You’ll receive several preliminary photos within 24 hours of the day of your shoot. The entire shoot will be delivered to you within several days to a week.
Images sized for use on social media and other purposes is available at a small additional cost. Extra post-processing is also available at additional cost, based on complexity of request.
Fees & Payment
All major credit cards are proudly accepted. Initial one-half deposits are due and cleared prior to beginning work to book your place on the calendar. The second half payment is due the day of our shoot.
Because of the nature of our work, which requires scheduling and blocking out time, thereby filling available opportunities once we have agreed to work together, no refunds are granted on deposits or on payments made.
Cancellations / Rescheduling
Deposits are nonrefundable. Should you wish to reschedule the date of your shoot, availability is based on openings. If a venue has been booked, rescheduling is based on that venue’s policies.
Project Usage & Rights
You have the right to use your photos in any media in any global location in perpetuity, excluding products for sale (see below).
Your photos are backed up for one year and after that will not be available.
Products for Sale
Products for sale usage is not included in basic rights. Should you wish to obtain these right, a separate agreement can be made.
